Workforce
Nearly 50 employees will be employed to the new BPO leader and the number is expected to increase in the next coming years. Though there will be a slight decline in the next 1-2 years, more and more people will seek employment opportunities from other growing BPO companies.

Techno Global Infinity Solutions Inc. is a fast-growing PH-based BPO provider. In 2016 we set out to find the sweet spot between outsourcing and a standard business model. We believe we bring the best of both worlds and help our clients optimize costs and streamline their process.
We let our partners manage their own business by helping them recruit the right people for key positions in each department. They manage the daily workflow, set the KPI’s, do performance reviews and identify training needs. We believe it's the failure to offer this level of involvement that puts the traditional outsourcing service providers at a disadvantage.
Our team will grow from a mere 50 to more than 150 people in the next two years. The diversity of what we do and the career opportunities we offer have appealed to young and ambitious individuals from all walks of life, different countries and educational backgrounds:
